1、 Applicable scope:
The D115 pressure cylinder (cylinder pressure method mortar strength tester) is suitable for estimating the strength of masonry mortar in sintered ordinary brick masonry, and is not suitable for testing the compressive strength of masonry mortar subjected to fire and environmental erosion. Developed and produced in accordance with the National Standard of the People's Republic of China GB/T 50315-2011 "Technical Standards for Onsite Testing of Masonry Engineering".
2、 Detection parameters:
Take mortar samples from on-site brick walls, conduct cylinder pressure load tests in the laboratory, test the cylinder pressure ratio, and then convert it into mortar strength. The cylinder pressure method strength tester is a mortar testing instrument manufactured according to the national standard GB/T50315-2011 "Technical Standard for Field Testing of Masonry Engineering". It has the characteristics of simple operation, practical convenience, and low price. It is currently a relatively economical mortar testing tool.

3、 Other auxiliary testing equipment:
50-100KN pressure testing machine or pressure testing machine; Sand shaker; Drying oven; Cylinder pressure method pressure bearing cylinder; Standard sand and gravel screens with apertures of 5mm, 10mm, and 15mm (including screen covers and chassis); Cement jumping table; A tray balance with a weighing capacity of 1000g and a sensitivity of 0.1g.
4、 Testing the variety and strength range of mortar
1. Cement mortar prepared with medium and fine sand, with a mortar strength of 2.5-20Mpa;
2. Cement lime mixed mortar (hereinafter referred to as mixed mortar) prepared with medium and fine sand, with a mortar strength of 2.5-15.0Mpa;
3. Cement fly ash mortar (hereinafter referred to as fly ash mortar) prepared with medium and fine sand, with a mortar strength of 2.5-20Mpa;
4. Cement lime mixed mortar and cement mortar (hereinafter referred to as stone powder mortar) prepared by mixing limestone powder sand with medium and fine sand, with a mortar strength of 2.5-20Mpa.
