1 Overview
XHTJ-10 Carbon Fiber Bond Strength Tester (abbreviated as Carbon Fiber Pullout Tester) is a new type of testing instrument developed by Beijing Tiandi Xinghuo Technology Development Co., Ltd. It is designed to detect the positive tensile bond strength between carbon fiber cloth and concrete in civil construction structures. Based on the bond strength and the failure mode during tension, the test results can be immediately obtained. The carbon fiber tensile tester is an ideal testing equipment for the acceptance of carbon fiber cloth reinforcement and repair construction. The carbon fiber drawing instrument adopts an electromechanical integrated design, and the entire set of instruments is integrated. A "door" structure is composed of mechanical parts such as a handle, sensor, screw, and reaction support. Simultaneously embedding the measurement display circuit into the instrument allows for direct observation of data during detection. The carbon fiber drawing instrument has the characteristics of light weight, labor-saving handle operation, and convenient use.

Main functions of the detector:
Function selection: suitable for testing the bonding strength of carbon fiber cloth.
Measurement selection: Standard block size can be switched for selection.
Automatic reset: After power is applied, the deviation value is automatically eliminated and the output is displayed as zero.
Peak hold: In the peak hold state, the maximum pulling force value is always displayed.
Data storage: It can store detection values and can be called up and cleared at any time.
Automatic shutdown: With delayed power outage function, extending battery life.
Linear correction: 10 correction points can be set to correct data linearity and improve detection accuracy.
Strength value measurement: The strength value MPa can be directly converted based on the area of the test block for display.
