XHJM-5/10 Rivet Puller (Insulation Material Bond Strength Tester) This product is a new type of testing instrument developed by Beijing Tiandi Xinghuo Technology Development Co., Ltd. It is suitable for testing the rivet pulling force of fixed insulation materials in construction projects, the bond strength of wall insulation materials, and decorative bricks.
The XHJM-5/10 rivet puller adopts an electromechanical integrated design, and the entire set of instruments is integrated. The mechanical parts such as the handle, sensor, screw, and reaction support form a "door" structure. The force sensors, electronic circuit boards, batteries, etc. are all installed inside the detector, and the LCD display and operation buttons are embedded on the upper end face of the detector. Features such as lightweight, labor-saving handle operation, and simple operation.
Main functions of the detector:
Function selection: suitable for testing the pulling force of rivets, insulation materials, and bonding strength of decorative bricks.
Measurement selection: rivet pulling force testing, insulation material and bonding strength testing of decorative bricks (different test blocks).
Automatic reset: After power is applied, the deviation value is automatically eliminated and the output is displayed as zero.
Peak hold: In the peak hold state, the maximum pulling force value is always displayed.
Data storage: It can store detection values and can be called up and cleared at any time.
Automatic shutdown: With delayed power outage function, extending battery life.
Linear correction: 5 correction points can be set to correct the linearity of the data and improve detection accuracy.
Strength measurement: It can directly display the MPa value.
