1、 Overview
The ZTT-301 retroreflective marking measuring instrument is a specialized optical measuring device used to measure the reflective performance of road markings. The measured parameter is the retroreflective coefficient R '(or specific brightness) of the markings, in units of mcd · lx-1 · m-2. This instrument is easy to operate and has reliable measurement values, which can be used for both laboratory and on-site measurements. It is the preferred instrument for measuring the retroreflective optical performance of highway markings in production, quality supervision, engineering construction, supervision, and teaching and research units. This instrument is designed and developed in accordance with relevant international technical documents, as well as current national standards and specifications in China. In accordance with the International Commission on Illumination (CIE) publication No. 72, ASTM D4061-94 in the United States, DIN6752067521 in Germany, as well as GB/T 26377-2010 "Retroreflective Measuring Instruments" in China, GB/T 16311-2009 "Quality Requirements and Monitoring Methods for Road Traffic Markings", JJG (Transportation) 059-2004 "Retroreflective Measuring Instruments Verification Regulations", DB36T978-2017 "Quality Requirements and Testing Methods for Rainy Night Road Traffic Retroreflective Markings", DB51T 2429-2017 "Quality Requirements and Testing Methods for Reflective Markings on Rainy Night Highway Traffic", JJF1809-2020 "Calibration Specification for Retroreflective Measuring Instruments" and other relevant standards.
The instrument mainly consists of two parts; (1) Instrument host (including: light source, optical system, detector, amplifier, display, etc.); (2) Instrument accessories (charger, zero adjustment board, calibration board, etc.).
