1、 Purpose
The QFD electric paint film adhesion tester is suitable for measuring the adhesion ability of various coatings to the surface of the coated object.
2、 Structural Principles
This instrument is a desktop type and is divided into four parts.
1. The main transmission part is composed of an electric motor, a toothed belt, a toothed belt pulley, a helical gear transmission, and a depiction head. The depiction head is composed of a machine head screw, a screw nut, and an eccentric head.
2. The workbench part is composed of lead screws, half open nuts, and a test bench.
3. The base is composed of slide rails and electrical control. The electrical control includes a piercing display circuit and a control motor circuit.
4. The limit travel control device is composed of a stopper and a microswitch.
3、 Specifications
1. Drawing diameter: 0-10.5mm.
2. Effective area of workbench: 50 * 100mm
3. There are four weighting blocks, one for 500g, two for 200g, and one for 100g.
4. The needle is made of steel and can be replaced after 5 uses.
5. The effective stroke of the workbench shall not be less than 80mm.
4、 Usage method
1. Prepare the sample according to the specified requirements.
2. It is best to replace the steel needle with a new one at the beginning of use (the needle tip is about 3mm away from the workbench).
3. Adjust the eccentric position of the needle tip according to the required diameter, and then tighten it with screws.
4. Install the prepared template with the coating surface facing upwards on the workbench and press it tightly with a pressure plate. Lift the movable half nut to move the workbench to the outer end.
5. Close the power switch, close the motor switch, and rotate the head to move the pressure rod and weight until the penetration display light is on. Then, lower the half open nut.
6. Determine the experimental adhesion of the coating film based on the circular rolling line pattern.
