1、 Overview
The ZTT-101C retroreflective marker measuring instrument is an instrument used for on-site measurement of the photometric performance (retroreflective coefficient R ') of retroreflective materials. It is a handheld optical instrument with simple operation and convenient use. It can be used for traffic safety management and relevant departments such as highways, railways, and aviation to conduct on-site measurement of retroreflective signs (reflective films, etc.), measure the reflective performance of reflective signs on truck type motor vehicle bodies, and monitor the reflective quality of retroreflective materials produced to ensure that retroreflective sign materials meet the requirements of relevant standards and regulations. The instrument consists of an optical system, detection amplification system, power supply and control system, display system, and instrument calibration block.
The ZTT-101C retroreflective marking measuring instrument is designed in accordance with the international standard ISO3864 and the national standards GB/T 26377-2010 "Retroreflective Measuring Instruments", GB/T18833-2012 "Road Traffic Reflective Film", and JT/T612-2004 transportation industry standards. Comply with JJF 1809-2020 "Calibration Specification for Retroreflective Measuring Instruments" and GB21861-2014 "Motor Vehicle Safety Technical Inspection Items and Methods" standards. To facilitate the calibration of instrument readings, a set of calibration blocks for calibrating instrument readings is also provided to ensure the accuracy and reliability of instrument measurements; Display the instrument with a touch screen Chinese display meter; Using lithium batteries as the power source.
