1、 Purpose
The XH-FX anti glare plate impact tester is suitable for testing the fastness of materials such as anti glare plates, plastics, ceramics, acrylic, fiberglass, and testing coatings.
2、 Principle
This machine adopts DC electromagnetic control method. After being plugged in, the switch is turned on, and the steel ball is placed under the electromagnetic suction cup. The steel ball is automatically sucked up, and when the key is pressed, the suction cup instantly releases the steel ball. The steel ball will fall freely and impact the surface of the test piece. The drop height can be adjusted up and down to the specified drop height.
The key components of this machine are equipped with optimal selection, reliable performance, and various drop accessories, making your experiments precise and effective. This equipment complies with JIS-K6745, A5430, and the national standard GB/T 24718-2009 "Anti Glare Plate" test standard of the People's Republic of China.

4、 Operating specifications
1. Preparation of test pieces
Select specimens from the same batch of materials.
2. Confirmation items before testing
Before starting the machine, check that the base is stable and secure.
Confirm whether the machine is connected to a power supply that meets the specifications.
3. Operating specifications
Place the test piece product into the test chamber and fasten the product with clamping blocks.
On the height setting pillar, loosen the handle and adjust the required height to tighten the handle.
Connect the power supply to 220V.
Press the power switch and the power indicator light will light up.
Select the corresponding steel ball and place it on the electromagnet for suction.
Press the key to conduct the test (★ Note: operators or other personnel should not be too close to the tester during a drop to avoid accidental injury!).
After the test is complete, unplug the power supply.
Remove the test item from the machine and inspect for damage to its appearance and function.
If abnormal situations occur during the test, the power switch should be quickly pressed to power off the entire machine.
